I’m happy to say that Kimmee, who was attacked by two neighbor dogs on February 14, is recovering nicely.

Last night my friend Marcia’s dog Kimmee was attacked — for the second time — by the two dogs of a neglectful, irresponsible neighbor. And I’m pissed.

While the big story dominating news in the U.S. right now is the mass shooting in Tuscon last Saturday, the news that’s biggest in my mind right now is the catastrophic flooding in Queensland, which is now affecting people I know & places I’ve very recently been.
